My life's work is learning to be the most current version of my authentic self. It is the compass that guides every decision I make and action I take. My work with clients is rooted in the understanding that by being my authentic self, I am creating an environment in which my clients are compelled to find the most authentic version of themselves.
I frequently work with perinatal mental health concerns, late-diagnosed people with ADHD and/or Autism, and "high-functioning" but burned out individuals who are struggling to cope with their life circumstances.
The concerns I work with most often disproportionately effect women. Because of that, my therapeutic work with clients often focuses on shame reduction, strengthening boundaries, de-centering men, and leaving behind social norms that burden women.

When I'm not working...
I'm probably spending time with my family, outside in the garden, or doing a craft/hobby of some sort. I love DIY projects around the house, challenging myself in new ways, and having movie nights with my family of 6. I am always looking for new, creative ways of expressing myself. I'm a lifelong learner; constantly reading a book (or several), picking up a new craft, or researching something related to mental health/personal growth.
My work is anchored in my own lived experiences and interests. I was a competitive athlete throughout my childhood and into my college years. I am a domestic violence survivor. I'm late-diagnosed AuDHD. I experienced postpartum mental health concerns. All of the work I do is informed by my life experiences. While I recognize that every person’s experience is unique, I’ve also come to recognize the common patterns that emerge across many of these experiences. My own experiences, along with the unique privilege of walking alongside others who have faced similar challenges, have given me a deep understanding of those patterns.

Not a destination."
